Organic wine is derived from grapes that are grown biologically without the use of any type of addictive’s, pesticides, and artificial chemicals or fertilizers. Lastly, leave the wine jar at a cool temperature for filtration.
It is important to carefully clean and sterilize all the equipments to be used during the process.
Make sure to check sugar levels at various intervals with the help of a hydrometer.

It is preferable to use small sized grapes since such grapes consist of high ratio of skin to be converted into juice.
